1. What VisaRenew is
VisaRenew is a free self-service tool that helps you fill in official Japanese immigration forms yourself. It is not a law firm or 行政書士 office and does not provide legal advice, representation or submission services.
2. Your responsibilities
- You enter your own information and are responsible for its accuracy. False statements on an application can lead to refusal or other penalties.
- You check the generated form, sign and date it by hand, and submit it yourself.
- You must not use VisaRenew to prepare documents for other people for compensation, which is restricted under the Administrative Scriveners Act.
3. Accuracy of information
We work to keep forms, fees, deadlines and document lists accurate and cite official sources, but government requirements change and individual cases differ. Always confirm with the Immigration Services Agency or your regional immigration office.
4. No warranty
VisaRenew is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made by immigration authorities or for losses arising from use of the service.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
