Why we don't fill forms for your people

Since 1 January 2026, the amended Administrative Scriveners Act (行政書士法) makes it explicit that preparing immigration documents for others for any form of compensation — including "support fees" — is restricted to licensed 行政書士 and lawyers, with penalties for the organization as well. VisaRenew's organization tools therefore stop at tracking and reminders; each student or employee completes their own form. For document preparation, work with a licensed 行政書士.
